How to be Trusted !
This begins by Trusting people and asking yourself what is openness? If you do not Trust someone they are very likely to become exactly what you thought. The trick is, to let them know if you have an issue. Talk. If we ask questions in our heads, but wait for someone else to answer, without ever having highlighted any concerns this can be a passive aggressive way of self harm. Why torture…
